PGL Trading is an independent forex signals community. We are not a broker, fund, money manager, or licensed financial adviser. Our only official Telegram contact is @pglcommunity. Anyone else claiming to speak or collect money for us is not us.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into contracts, and permitted to trade leveraged products in your country. You must meet your broker's own eligibility and verification requirements.

PGL Trading does not charge a membership fee. Selected groups have funded-account eligibility requirements. PGL VIP requires at least $100, while PGL ELITE and XM Copy Trading require at least $5,000 in the qualifying XM account. PGL PRO eligibility must be confirmed with us before funding. Access is granted after verification under partner code SHAMILFX. We may verify eligibility and decline or withdraw access for abuse, reselling signals, or false information.

We never ask you to send money, crypto, or gift cards to PGL Trading or any individual. Your deposit goes only to your own account with the broker. If anyone asks you to transfer funds to them in our name, it is a scam — report it to us.

Do not redistribute, resell, or publish our signals outside the group. Do not impersonate our team, advertise unrelated services, harass members, or post unlawful content. We may remove any member who breaks these rules.

Signals are published when our team sees a setup worth sharing. We do not guarantee a number of signals, a posting schedule, uninterrupted access, or that the website or group will always be available. Content may contain errors and may be changed or removed at any time.

The PGL Trading name, logo, and the content of this website belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Everything is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, the group, or any signal.

We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the website or group after a change means you accept the updated terms.
